Seth D. Wilson practices primarily in the areas of business transactions and litigation, workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation. Representing clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts, he has secured favorable verdicts in numerous jury and nonjury trials. Focusing on trial advocacy, Mr. Wilson earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2003. Prior to that, he attended Lafayette College, graduating with a degree in International Affairs in 2000.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Wilson is very active in legal and professional organizations. He previously served as editor for the Montgomery County Law Reporter and also published an article in Trial Magazine, which is a publication of the American Association for Justice. In addition, Mr. Wilson is a former Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section and participates in the association’s Trial Lawyers Section, Speakers Bureau, Long Range Planning Committee, Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and Bench Bar Committee. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
Mr. Wilson is a resident of Springfield Township, Montgomery County, where he lives with his wife and two children. He demonstrates his devotion to the community by serving as an appointed member of the Springfield Township Environmental Advisory Commission. In addition, he volunteers with Wills for Heroes, where he assists firefighters and police officers in the drafting of wills, and the Montgomery Child Advocacy Program, an organization representing children who have been victims of abuse.
